  • 100g of green beans
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • A few fresh parsley leaves for garnish

Preparación

  1. 1 Clean the lion's mane and shred it into medium-sized pieces with your hands.
  2. 2 Wash and cut the green beans into thin strips.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4 Sauté the chopped garlic for 1 minute to flavor the oil.
  5. 5 Add the lion's mane and cook for 6-8 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. 6 Add the peas and green beans, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7 Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes, keeping their freshness.
  8. 8 Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix all the ingredients well.
  9. 9 Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
