Vegan Lion's Mane Tacos
Vegan street food with pulled lion's mane. A juicy texture and intense flavors that will win everyone over.
Ingredientes
- 300g fresh lion's mane
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 julienned red onion
- Small corn tortillas
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime slices to accompany
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparación
- 1 Crumble the lion's mane into thick strips with your hands.
- 2 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes until soft.
- 4 Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- 5 Add the lion's mane, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
- 6 Sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy around the edges.
- 7 Heat the tortillas in a clean skillet.
- 8 Fill with lion's mane, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
