Scrambled Eggs with Lion's Mane

  • 1 whole garlic clove

Preparación

  1. 1 Crumble the lion's mane into medium-sized pieces.
  2. 2 Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3 Fry the whole garlic for 1 minute and remove it.
  4. 4 Add the lion's mane and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  5. 5 Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6 Reduce the heat, pour the eggs over the mushrooms and stir gently.
  7. 7 Cook for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  8. 8 Remove from heat and sprinkle with chives.
  9. 9 Serve with warm toasted bread.
