Lion's Mane Croquettes
Croquettes golden on the outside and creamy on the inside, with the unique flavor of lion's mane.
Ingredientes
- 300g fresh lion's mane, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 500ml of whole milk
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- Oil for frying

Preparación
- 1 Sauté the onion and lion's mane in butter for 8 minutes.
- 2 Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes to remove the raw flavor.
- 3 Pour in the milk little by little, stirring until you get a thick béchamel.
- 4 Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- 5 Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- 6 Form the croquettes, dip them in egg and breadcrumbs.
- 7 Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

- Chill the dough well before forming the croquettes.
